By accessing and using the Enhancial website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. Furthermore, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.
Enhancial provides businesses with social media management, content creation, paid advertising, community management, influencer marketing, and website development services ("Services"). The Services, including any updates, enhancements, new features, and/or the addition of any new web properties, are subject to these Terms of Use.

All services are billed on a recurring monthly subscription basis unless a custom enterprise contract is explicitly agreed upon. Payment is required in full at the beginning of each billing cycle before services are rendered. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if payments are late.
We do not lock our clients into long-term contracts. You may cancel your subscription at any time by providing written notice at least 14 days before your next billing cycle. No refunds are provided for partial months of service.
Enhancial shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses resulting from the use or the inability to use the service.
This agreement shall be governed, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the website and our services after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
